ReconArt releases two new versions annually and regularly incorporates best practice client feedback into the application. Releases include new features, enhancements, performance optimizations and fixes – all made available to our entire client base at no extra cost. We run an in-house agile development pipeline and deploy all modern management and performance indicator tools to analyze and direct our technology where clients and markets need us.

Every interaction with a prospective customer, no matter their size or industry, is an opportunity to learn something valuable about modern professionals’ needs, challenges, and goals related to reconciliation. Should you decide to work with ReconArt, we will continue acting on this philosophy through strong engagement. Together we undertake discovery, train-the-trainer implementation, followed by proactive account management post go-live and user feedback solicitation. All the while we look at possibilities to expand benefits of the solution to new areas of the business.

ReconArt users can also submit feedback and enhancement requests directly from within the application. Client suggestions go through analysis and vetting, and if approved are rapidly incorporated in future releases to ensure that the ReconArt product always stays ahead of the curve.

ReconArt’s Product Team carefully monitors our industry space for new trends and developments in Accounting and Finance operations, geography-specific regulatory changes, further integration capabilities, and enhanced reporting and analysis tools.
