Overview

ReconArt’s software solution is ready for deployment out-of-the-box. Through our administrative features and power-user capabilities, implementation is simplified and does not require custom development or technology-based resources. We take a collaborative approach to implementation that augments your existing business logic expertise with our solution expertise. Standard implementations are typically scoped with our Clients based on their needs at a fixed cost. Our Product Specialist Team is also able to support Enterprise-class projects, phasing, increased or long-term scope and on-site service. Once your ReconArt deployment is live, we engage in proactive solution monitoring and relationship management to further secure success.

Methodology

ReconArt’s tried-and-true approach to setup and launch ensures clear expectations and full transparency during Implementation. Collaborative Implementation sessions are held remotely with screensharing technology for maximum efficiency and flexibility. Tasks associated with Implementation are well defined and tracked with project management tools to provide visibility. Under the guidance of ReconArt’s Product Specialist Team, your ReconArt deployment is configured together with a subject matter expert from your organization. This interactive Train-the-trainer approach facilitates a rapid implementation and a knowledge transfer which empowers organizations to truly own their ReconArt deployment and its benefits.

On-going support

Although ReconArt is entirely business-owned after go-live, we are still here to support your deployment and see this as a crucial component of our mutual success. On-going support is included for all ReconArt Editions once your ReconArt implementation is in operation. Our support site is accessible 24×7 directly from your own ReconArt environment and all client support activity is tracked in our internal ticketing system. The support portal also includes product related announcements and user help guides that can assist your internal training.
