Recon Data Factory (RDF) extends the ReconArt platform with a dedicated layer for automated data delivery, file validation, and partner collaboration. It eliminates the manual bottlenecks of counterparty data collection — replacing email chains, failed imports, and back-and-forth correction cycles with a governed, fully automated process.
Multi-system integration
Connects to ERP systems, GL modules, core banking platforms, trading data providers, e-invoicing services, and any external source participating in reconciliations — via ReconArt's public API.
Automated data transfers
Schedule inbound file pulls from SFTP locations or cloud storage (Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive, Amazon S3). RDF searches, retrieves, and routes files without human intervention.
Instant file validation
As soon as a file is dropped, RDF verifies its format, structure, and field mapping against the assigned import template. Incompatible files are flagged with clear error guidance — before they reach the reconciliation engine.
Partner self-service portal
External counterparties get their own dedicated upload space — no ReconArt account required. Partners upload, check status, and correct their own files, eliminating the reconciler as the go-between.
Dashboard and calendar view
Period-end progress is monitored through personalised dashboards with calendar views of tasks and delivery statuses. Teams can configure email reminders and notifications per user role.
Secure, encrypted transfers
RDF removes the reliance on email attachments — with size limits, spam risks, and routing errors replaced by encrypted, traceable data transfers that maintain a clean audit trail.
