A couple of days ago I had the pleasure of being invited to attend, and present to, the annual customer conference of the Commercial Division of our latest business partner: Advanced Business Solutions. What a great day! With a few hundred people at this London, UK event we were able to share the added value that the ReconArt™ Total Reconciliation Lifecycle™ solution can bring to the table to supplement the rich features of Advanced’s ERP and other solutions. It is exciting to see the ReconArt™ platform being embedded within certain select partners’ product portfolios. It was even more exciting on the day to experience the very positive reaction of Advanced’s clients to having the option to deploy an enterprise-class reconciliation platform to handle certain scenarios. On the one hand their high volume and more complex transaction matching needs; on the other their needs around the preparation, review, attestation and certification of the balance sheet as part the period end close process.
This new partnership – which has already delivered its first implementation with more to follow shortly – is a win-win situation for both our business partner, Advanced, and their clients. Advanced gains an even greater competitive edge over its competitors. Meanwhile, and more importantly, their clients have available, where they require it, additional functionality to help them drive down costs, mitigate and address operational risk and enhance their audit and compliance activities.
